1GAM Galway is a monthly meetup in which game developers of all levels are welcome to share their projects and join game industry discussion.
Our goal is to help the local game dev community improve show-and-tell skills, provide space for community playtesting, constructive feedback, and exchange of tips and tricks to improve your game making skills and check in with your local game making network.
The PorterShed has been our go-to venue from 2017 to March 2020, on hiatus during the COVID-19 pandemic. Huge thanks to PorterShed for supporting the community all this time! During 2020-2022 the monthly event was taken online to our local communities Discord server. We returned to in-person meetups in 2023.
